Terms and Conditions
1. The promoter of the competition is Wellnex Life Limited trading as Brand Solutions Australia (ACN 150 759 363) of Building 2, Level 3, Suite 69 574 Plummer Street, Port Melbourne VIC 2307 (“the Promoter”).
2. Entry to the Competition is free and open to anyone [over the age of 18] and resident in NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC, WA, SA and TAS.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, suppliers, contractors, consultants and agencies associated with the Competition or the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
3. The Competition commences on 14/02/24 at 1:00PM AEST and ends on 28/02/24 at 11:59PM AEST (“Competition Period”).
Late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected responses will be deemed invalid.
4. To enter the Competition, participants must:
Step 1) Follow @theironcompany_ and @helloperiodco on Instagram.
Step 2) Like the promotional post.
Step 3) Tag 1 friends and share a positive thing about them.
Note: Re-sharing the promotional post on Instagram stories or grid will get the entrant an extra entry.

5. There will be one winner of the grand prize drawn at random from the Entries (“the Grand Prize Winner”).
6. The Winners will be contacted via Direct Message on Instagram from @theironcompany_ by 01/02/24 and the winners will be announced via @theironcompany_ stories on 01/02/24.
7. The Grand Prize Winner will receive:
One (1) of five (5) The Iron Company X Hello Period Ultimate Gift Packs valued at AUD$230 each.
Each Gift Pack includes:
- 1x Hello Period DISC™
- 1x Hello Period Pad
- 1x $50 Lululemon voucher

The Grand Prize Winner’s total prize pool is valued at up to AUD$1,150
8. The Grand Prize Winner will be required respond to the Promoter within 48 hours of the Grand Prize being announced via Instagram Direct Messages. They will be also required to provide the following details to arrange delivery of prize:

9. All components of the prize must be claimed, used and fulfilled at the same time.
10. In the case of disruption caused by COVID 19, the Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to facilitate the Grand Prize Winner and Minor Prize Winners claiming their prize. However, notwithstanding any interruptions outside of the Promoter’s control, the prize will expire [time period] from the expiry of the Competition Period.
11. The Promoter is not liable for any other additional costs associated with winning the Competition or the prizes that comprise the Competition, including travel.
12. If any prize remains unclaimed after seven days of notifying the Grand Prize Winner, the Promoter may deem that the Grand Prize Winner is ineligible to claim the prize and reserves the right to award the prize to any other eligible Entry.
13. Other service providers may have their own terms and conditions to which the Grand Prize Winner will be bound.
14. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of prizes. Where a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute another item of equal or lesser value for that prize, as determined by the Promoter.
15. Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions. Entry into the Competition is deemed an acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
16. By entering this competition entrants expressly consent to the Promoter to repost their name on the Promoter’s Facebook, Twitter or Instagram accounts, the Promoter’s and [any other website], and within the Promoter’s electronic direct mail (EDM) communication pieces.
17. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and the identity of entrants. Proof of entry and identity will only be deemed as sufficient at the discretion of the Promoter.
18. If the Competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being properly conducted due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves its rights to disqualify any entrant or to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Competition, to the extent permitted by law.
19. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law).
20. Personal information provided by entrants will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the Competition and otherwise in accordance with contestants’ consent. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents in relation to the conduct of this competition. Any use of personal information will be in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Terms and Conditions

3. The Competition commences on 27/04/23 at 1:00PM AEST. Entries close on 11/05/23 at 23:59 AEST (“Competition Period”). Only one entry will be permitted per entrant.
Late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected responses will be deemed invalid.
4. To enter the Competition, participants must:

Step 2) Like the promotional post.
Step 3) Comment in the comment section ‘What’s your favorite lesson that your motherly figure has taught you?’
Note: Re-sharing the promotional post on your story will get the entrant 1 extra entry.

5. There will be three (3) winners of the grand prize drawn at random from the Entries (“the Grand Prize Winner”).
6. The Winners will be contacted via DM on The Iron Company’s official Instagram account (@theironcompany_) by 15/05/23 and the winners will be published on Instagram @theironcompany_.
7. The Grand Prize Winner will receive:
a. An Endota Spa Voucher (valid at $150)
The Grand Prize Winner’s total prize pool is valued at up to AUD$450.
8. The Grand Prize Winner will be required to respond to the Promoter within 48 hours of first contact attempt made by the Promoter via Instagram DM’s. The winner must provide their address either via email or Instagram DM’s to allow for prize delivery.
9. The prize will be valid for two (2) weeks from the expiry of the Competition Period.
10. All components of the prize must be claimed, used and fulfilled at the same time.
11. The Promoter is not liable for any other additional costs associated with winning the Competition or the prizes that comprise the Competition, including travel.
12. If any prize remains unclaimed after seven calendar days of notifying the Grand Prize Winner, the Promoter may deem that the Grand Prize Winner is ineligible to claim the prize and reserves the right to award the prize to any other eligible Entry.
